What’s Unique?

Most problem-solving & decision making courses focus on tools that are quiet complicated to apply. LOGIC’s program is based on the Kepner Tregoe model that reflects 4 different tools inspired by the human natural thinking process, making the problem solving & decision making process easily applicable during any given situation.

Key Learnings

Apply Kepner Tregoe’s model in your day to day activities.

  1. Identify & prioritize situations of concern
  2. Finding the root cause of a problem
  3. Evaluating the different options and choosing the best alternative
  4. Planning for potential problems & identifying options to stop or avoid them

LOGIC Methodology:

Over the span of 2 days, participants get exposed to this model through a highly engaging simulation. We split the group into competing teams; each team represents the deputy GM of a pizzeria chain (Pizza Mundo); who returns back to his office from a 2- week vacation bombarded by a series of emails informing him about different types of situations & problems.

The simulation is facilitated by the program’s lead trainer & a Co trainer who play the role of the different types of employees in the Pizzeria, communicating with the participants through an online messenger application.
